So Many He Can't Remember The All

Jesus said to him, "The foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head." (Matthew 8:20)
John McCain said "I think — I'll have my staff get to you. It's condominiums where — I'll have them get to you."

Well, he may not know how many houses he has but he DOES know that life begins at conception.

Even Kathy admits he is so out of touch he doesn't know how many houses he ownes. haha

McCain has more homes than wives!

And Betty you totally missed my point! HAHA.

You know, someone works hard and makes a lot of money and can buy seven homes, I understand that (okay, John McCain didn't really work hard. He carried on an affair with a rich lady and then left his wife an married her).

But to be so unaware of one's excessive material possessions where the guy doesn't even know how many homes he has?

Out of touch would be a kind respond.

I would love someone to ask Obama just how many half brothers or sisters he has. Perhaps his staff could look into it.

I am laughing my ass off once again.

Hey losers, your candidate is loser and is going to be disqualified.

"Philip J. Berg, Esq. Files Federal Lawsuit Requesting Obama Be Removed as a Candidate as he does not meet the Qualifications for President."

Looks like I get the last laugh Katherine.

That is a great question. He certainly knows and loves his half-sister, the daughter of his mother.

Barack Obama's father abandoned his family when Barack was two years old. His father moved half way across the globe and was involved in multiple marriages and affairs, producing children from these unions.

Like the children John McCain left when he divorced his wife Carol to marry the woman he had been having an adulterous affair with, Barack Obama, jr. can be admired for his achievements despite the disadvantage to children when men like Barack Obama, Sr. and John McCain leave their families to take up with other women.

Is this the answer you were looking for?

WHOA!!! Hit a home run with that response, Katherine. Sizzling. I bet "anon" won't be back!

Great response, Katherine. "Anonymous" tries to take a cheap shot at the fact Barack Obama had a challenging childhood with an absent father.

We have one presidential candidate who was an absent father to his children and another candidate that honors his marriage vows.

So he has several homes so what. I don't recall ever being invited to any of the several compounds belonging to the Kennedy family.

Let's assume that each of these homes has a value of $500K. That is an investment of 3.5M What is the difference if he has money in real estate or the stock market?

Sean,

Let me repeated what i posted earlier:

Kurt it is really irrelevant where he got his money or if he invests it in real estate or stocks. And since you don't know how generous he really is I would avoid being overly critical of his material possessions.

Tell you what though regarding his affair and re-marriage. When he advocates for adultry as a constitutional right I'll take issue with him over it. In the meantime I will take him with his personal sin over the multitude of public sinners who advocate the murder of the unborn and declare it as a fundamental right enshrined in the U.S. Constitution. Who also believe that the solution to abortion is more prevention and birth control. Last time I checked birth control was still contrary to Church teaching too. Fair enough?

Let me think how many houses I own....ummmm...oh, that's right...ONE

Good for you, Betty. I am sure that is one more than MOST of the people in the world.

Sean,

Well, Sean, you need to take issue with McCain. McCain stands for the legal right to adultery, divorce and birth control.

McCain stands for the legal right to adultery, divorce and birth control.

As does Obama and the rest of the Democratic Party. In addition they support the right to murder defenseless human beings. So much for the proportionality argument.

I would like to point out that McCain has a job, just as Obama does. They probably each have people who manage their finances and investments for them, and are probably each equally unaware of the exact details of their holdings. I'm sure someone could embarrass Obama in the same way by asking if he held stock in such-and-such a company.

Philothea,

we are not talking about investment properties. The McCains have seven homes for their personal use. OK, nothing wrong with having money (though maybe there is something wrong about getting money by dumping wife #1 for wife #2). But to not even remember how many homes? At a minimum, it suggest he is out of touch about what life is like for middle class Americans.

Anonymous said...

Thats the difference. John McCain has 7 houses because he earned it. Obama's friends have one house with seven illegitimate children (by seven different fathers) while living off welfare.

Anonymous said...

And Obama's half-brother lives in a hut on $1/day.

When are you going to come to your senses and see that Obama is not really one of the good guys?

A good guy is man who cheats on his wife and runs out on his family like John McCain?

Philothea, you are right to criticize Obama about his position on legal abortion. You are way off base to defend John McCain's immoral behavior while suggesting Obama is responsible fo rhis father's behavior.

You really are belittling yourself.

Anonymous said...

Typical Republican, Philothea. Rich white men can do anything. Women and children are blamed for male irresponsibility.

Anonymous said...

FYI.....I found a story about Oprah Winfrey listing the 13 properties she owns throughout the world. I guess that is o.k. as she is a black woman and an Obama supporter. Cindy McCain is a white woman and, horrors, a republican, and that is scandalous. Remember the properties belong to CINDY not John. Why is it o.k. for one woman to be rich and successful but not another? I would hate to think it had anything to do with race or political affiliation.

Susan,

I think the criticism of McSame has been pretty consistent. It is not the number of homes, it is the fact he is so out of touch he does not even know how many homes he has.

It is hard to understand how people like John McCain can say if tax cuts when to the middle class like Senator Obama wants but not to the rich like his family, all of these terrible things would happen to the country. It seems to me if you can't even remember how may homes you have, you wouldn't notice not getting a tax cut.

Kurt,

Did you ever think that maybe John McCain is not interested in wealth? That is why he did not know how many houses his WIFE owns. Just a thought. I know you think that is why he married her in the first place but it is another possibility. Think about it.

Anonymous said...

Susan,

You have a point. I'm sure when John McCain started his adulterous affair with Cindy he was thinking of things other than her money -- like how to sneak around so Carol McCain wouldn't find out.

Anonymous said...

Kurt,

Make sure you are in front of the line when you cast those stones.

Anonymous said...

Susan,

you may want to review some of your own posts.

Anonymous said...

OOOOOOO, good one, Kurt. Is that the best you can come up with?

Anonymous said...

No Susan. I can come up with better, but I dumb it down for you!

Kurt,
You wrote: A good guy is man who cheats on his wife and runs out on his family like John McCain?

A good man can make a mistake and have the courage to say in public that it was the worst mistake he ever made.

And I didn't say that McCain was a good man, I said that Obama was not. Women who get pregant unexpectedly have many alternatives right now. They are able to get aid from Social Services, job training, etc., right now. Obama is a man who spoke out and voted against a bill to assure that babies born after an attempt to abort them would be provided medical care. He has not said that was a mistake; he has in no way changed his mind about the issue of abortion. All he has said is that the Democratic Party would work to help women who find themselves in this situation, but they already have help available, as well as the option of allowing a family to raise their children through adoption.

So, yeah, Obama wants to make sure that babies whose mothers want to kill them are dead, and he's willing to throw a sop to the pro-life Democrats in the form of promising something which already exists.

And you think he's the better man in this equation.

>>Philothea, you are right to criticize Obama about his position on legal abortion. You are way off base to defend John McCain's immoral behavior while suggesting Obama is responsible fo rhis father's behavior.

I did not defend McCain's immoral behavior, and in fact, neither has he.

I just think that if I had $4 million, or even one-quarter of that, none of my relatives would be in want. I wouldn't carry such a grudge against my father that I wouldn't help out my half-brothers and sisters.

(Obama is the one running on helping the poor, right? I guess he's only for forcing others to help the poor...)

>>You really are belittling yourself.

You are a Catholic supporting Obama, and you think I'm belittling myself?!?!?!?!?

I think you are incredibility insensitive to the situation women in a crisis pregnancy are in.

Obama is a man who spoke out and voted against a bill to assure that babies born after an attempt to abort them would be provided medical care.

There already were in place two laws (federal and state) that assured such medical care.

[Obama]has said is that the Democratic Party would work to help women who find themselves in this situation, but they already have help available, as well as the option of allowing a family to raise their children through adoption.

Really? The Bush Administration and the Catholic bishops have said more help is needed.

And you think he's the better man in this equation.

Yes, I do.

I did not defend McCain's immoral behavior

I appreciate your admission of McCain's serious moral flaws.
